Created the .knowledge/ directory skeleton, including the final area-first layout, tracked Obsidian config, shared Typst support files, and root/area index notes.
Populated the methodology, writing, identifiability, and strategy-identification companion notes in .knowledge/, updated the main link targets, and populated the corresponding subgroup indexes.
Copied the preserved long-form Typst methodology, ideation, sequence, and strategy-identification documents into .knowledge/, localized their shared imports into .knowledge/.typst/, and copied the shared ideation figures into .knowledge/assets/ideation/.
Added the Jan 31 concept extractions abstract strategy vs solution and analogy as strategy transfer, and added a methodology note on discrete latent VAEs to preserve the nonredundant training-specific content from the old discrete-VAE note.
Reorganized the experiment-report corpus into the final experiment-family layout under .knowledge/experiment-reports/, copied report-private figures into collection-local figures/ directories, populated the Gaussian-mixture and disentangled synthetic-sequences indexes, and cleaned the remaining report-level markdown residue from the discrete Apr 3 report.
Completed the figure-bearing migration for the Apr 1 continuous-CVAE and Apr 3 discrete-CVAE reports, switched report-private figures to portable standard Markdown image syntax, and removed stale dead-path references from the identifiability notes.
